DAB series air cooling belt machine is composed of cooling roller, stainless steel strip, fan and crushing mechanism. Extruder melting high temperature materials, entered into middle of two cooling roller,  the material is pelleting rolled into 1-2 mm thickness of flake, and been conveyed to the crusher end, in the process of the conveying the fan cool it to be room temperature, the material through the crusher, finally become small shards of about 12 mm * 12 mm, achieve the mill feed requirements.Note that the temperature of cooling water is about 10℃.
